How do I change or cancel my subscription?

In order to cancel or change your subscription, log in to your account, visit the Teacher Dashboard and open the License tab. From there, press the Manage License button and select Manage subscription at Billing Portal
Once in the billing portal you can choose to update or cancel your subscription plan.
If you are unable to access the Manage subscription at Billing Portal directly, you can also do so via first pressing List all my licenses and then pressing Manage Subscription from the EDIT drop-down menu.

Changing your plan

When in the billing portal, press Update plan:


Then, select your preferred plan.
Once you have confirmed your selection, the new subscription becomes active.

Cancelling your plan

When in the billing portal, press Cancel plan:

Once you have confirmed the cancellation, your card will no longer be charged.
