Temporary Rooms
In a temporary room, all data is automatically deleted and the room is closed after two hours of inactivity. In order to keep a temporary room open for longer periods of time, there needs to be some kind of activity every two hours. The teacher can also choose to manually close the room, deleting all associated data in the process.
Permanent rooms
In a permanent room, student data older than 30 days is automatically deleted. The teacher can also choose to manually close the room, deleting all associated data in the process.
